Marc Monteleone is the Managing Partner of Bowles Rice, serving as the firm's CEO. He has more than 25 years of legal experience, and is well-positioned to assist his clients in general business issues, tax law, construction law and matters related to the oil and gas industry. He wrote West Virginia’s Design Build legislation and served, by appointment, as the chair of the West Virginia Design-Build Review Board until 2018. Marc also has extensive experience in managing oil and gas operations, and has been counsel to a large independent oil and gas producer for many years. He was elected President of the Independent Oil & Gas Association of West Virginia (IOGAWV) for 2017-2018.
